Small app. Big number.
Everything you need to see how far you’ve come, and nothing that gets in the way.

Today
Every day counts, down to the second
Your count ticks over a sea that follows the time of day, with the reason you started right under it.
- Years, months and days, then hours, minutes and seconds
- The money you’ve kept, and what you didn’t have: cigarettes not smoked, drinks not drunk

Ride the wave
When a craving hits, breathe through it
Urges rise, peak and pass. Log how strong it is and what set it off, then breathe with slow waves until it’s over.
- Two minutes of guided breathing, with the wave drawn as it rises and falls
- Ocean sounds and a gentle haptic swell, if you want them
- Every craving you ride out goes in your journal

Sea glass
A piece of sea glass for every milestone
From your first day to five years, each milestone adds a piece to your jar. The rarer the color, the longer the run.
- See what’s up next, and the date you’ll reach it
- A slip never empties the jar

Journal
See how it’s going
Notes, cravings you rode out and milestones on one timeline, with a month view that marks the harder days.
- Write a note whenever you like
- Spot your triggers: stress, friends, weekends
Gentle reminders
A daily check-in at a time you pick, and a note on milestone days. They don’t say what you’re quitting unless you want them to.
Your health, coming back
For smoking and alcohol, a timeline of what changes in your body as the days add up, each with its source.
Backups you keep
Export everything as one file, locked with a passcode if you like, and keep it anywhere. It’s also how you move between iPhone and Android.
Cards worth sharing
Share your days, the money you’ve kept or a new piece of sea glass as a card with the sea and its lighthouse.

Questions
Do I need an account?
No. There’s nothing to sign up for. Open the app, pick what you’re counting and when you started, and that’s it.
What can I track?
Alcohol, smoking, vaping, cannabis, opioids, stimulants, caffeine, gambling or screens. Or pick “Something else” and name it yourself.
What if I slip?
You choose: start a new count from now, log it and keep counting, or fix your start date if it was wrong. A new count keeps your old run as your longest run, and your sea glass stays in the jar.
What happens when I get a new phone?
In Settings, go to Backup and export a file. Keep it somewhere safe, like Files, iCloud Drive, Google Drive or an email to yourself, then import it on the new phone. It works between iPhone and Android, too. If you bought the unlock, “Restore purchase” brings it back on the same Apple or Google account.
Will a reminder give me away?
Not unless you want it to. Reminders are scheduled on the phone itself, and they don’t say what you’re tracking unless you turn on “Say what I’m quitting”.
Is it really a one-time price?
Yes. One tracker is free with every feature. $4.99 once unlocks more trackers. There’s no subscription.
Is Seaglass a treatment program?
No. It’s a counter and a journal, not medical advice or treatment. If you need support, please talk to a doctor or a helpline.
